3 years in the making, the state of the art, auto industry first, SETUP: The Suzuki Carfigurator is LIVE with the full suite of Models and hundreds of accessories and configurations to let customers individualise their Suzuki journey.
The Carfigurator is truly a unique experience for consumers, the only one of its kind in the world that provides enhanced engagement of the customisation opportunities with our products.
Introduced to the Suzuki.com.au website in October 2020 with only Swift and Vitara, Suzuki experienced a significant amount of site traffic with over 13,000 monthly users. Those numbers alone give us no doubt, opening the full garage will provide an integral tool, both online and in showrooms to be used for years to come by our customers.
The program is hosted LIVE on the Suzuki Australia website and is designed to be operated on any platform, with a 'mobile first' interaction priority. It provides potential customers, Suzuki family members and Suzuki Dealership representatives the opportunity to configure Suzuki vehicles in their own individual fashion with a full suite of Suzuki Accessories at their fingertips.
The program which is structured to mimic a game like format with a similar look and feel to popular console games like Gran Turismo or Forza is a game changer for showcasing Suzuki Accessories and further enhances the Suzuki customer experience online and in dealerships.
"SETUP is a highly engaging, interactive vehicle configurator that sings harmoniously to the notes of Suzuki Australia's 'For FUN's Sake' brand platform. My team and I are very excited to introduce SETUP to the public, now with the opportunity to customise any Suzuki in the range, any way you like." – Michael Pachota – General Manager, Automotive.
